The business is 100% owned by the Davies family, which is now in its fourth generation. Being independent allows us to operate in a different way to our competitors and means we can be sure that our produce is fresh, tasty and as natural as possible. We intend to keep it that way!
Our people are core to our business and we are proud of providing a working environment that allows people to grow and develop in all areas of the business. Today many who joined us as seasonal workers have gone on to become permanent and important members of our team.
