Sprayer & Tractor Operator

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Sprayer & Tractor Operator for our two sites in Marden (near Hereford) and Brierley (near Leominster), with the majority of the work based in Marden. 

This role involves a variety of different tasks, however one of the main responsibilities is the application of agricultural pesticides in a safe way in line with crop spray schedules. This will encompass a large part of the role, but you will also be required to do mowing and other growing-related jobs. 

The ideal candidate will have good record-keeping and communication skills, an understanding of chemistry, and a flexible attitude towards working hours during peak season. Spray certificates PA1 & PA3 are essential, PA4 & 6 will be beneficial.
