Ingredients

240 ml each of almond milk and plain yogurt (can be substituted with coconut milk for vegan-friendly option)

75 grams chia seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons honey

450g strawberries

Method

  1. Place strawberries in a large bowl or blender and and add milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey.

  2. Add chia seeds and stir.

  3. Place in a refrigerator and let it sit for 4 hours or overnight. If possible, stir after one hour to redistribute chia seeds.
