250 grams mixed leaves

150 grams sliced fresh strawberries

75 grams crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

75 grams cup raw pecans

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

2 tbsp olive oil

salt and ground black pepper to taste


1. Cover the base of your plate with the mixed leaves, then evenly spread the strawberries and cheese.

2. Sprinkle over the raw pecans, then finely drizzle the balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil.

3. Season with salt and pepper.
