We are looking for a Blueberry Technician to join our Packhouse team in Marden. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and managing blueberry grading and packing equipment to optimize performance and stock utilization. You will contribute to a high-standard production environment, maintaining safety, hygiene, and quality while meeting food safety regulations and customer needs. 

Packhouse Shift Manager (Kent)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Packhouse at our Kent site in Hernhill, Faversham. 

This is a hands-on role, where you will lead your team in all day-to-day functions of the Packhouse. You will manage tasks and ensure that safe working practices are followed. You will need to demonstrate great people skills, be able to drive productivity, ensure high standards of work, and keep operations within timescales and budget.
