We’re looking for a Production Manager to join our Packhouse team in Marden, Herefordshire, to take responsibility for day-to-day operations across intake, production, and despatch, helping to keep everything running efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
You’ll lead and support your team, making sure people are well-trained, motivated, and clear on expectations. The role also involves planning resources effectively, monitoring performance, managing costs, and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.
This position would suit someone who communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and is confident managing a fast-paced operation while keeping a strong focus on results.
The role operates on a 4-day-on, 3-day-off shift pattern.
