A full-time opportunity is available for a Packhouse Supervisor at our Marden packing facility. The role involves supervising and maintaining a high standard of performance in various tasks, ensuring a satisfactory output of our products at a minimal cost. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and quality standards, managing and motivating a team, and ensuring a strong understanding and application of Health and Safety requirements.
If you have previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role within a busy factory environment, are able to operate calmly and effectively under pressure, have good communication skills, and a flexible approach to working hours, this could be the ideal role for you.
